By accessing or using www.mangalrealty.in (the “Platform”) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use our services. If you are a Non-Resident Indian (NRI), Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), or Person of Indian Origin (PIO), you are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services and any property transaction complies with the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (“FEMA”) and applicable RBI regulations.

Mangal provides property discovery, market intelligence, analysis tools, and transaction facilitation services for real estate in India. You acknowledge that:

• Mangal is an advisory and facilitation platform. We are not a builder, developer, or promoter of any project listed on the Platform.
• Property scores, fair-value estimates, ROI projections, and other analytical outputs are opinions based on data and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
• Any decision to purchase, sell, or invest in property is yours alone, and should be made after independent verification and professional advice.

Project details displayed on the Platform, including RERA registration numbers, are sourced from builders and public records maintained by the respective state Real Estate Regulatory Authorities. While we take reasonable care to verify this information, you should independently confirm project details on the relevant state RERA portal before transacting.

You agree that you will not:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or violation of FEMA/RBI regulations;
• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit Platform content, data, scores, or methodology without our written consent;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other users' accounts, or our systems;
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

Access to the Platform's browsing and research tools is currently free. Advisory and transaction-facilitation services are chargeable as per our published Fee Transparency schedule or a separate engagement letter. All fees are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, scores, analytical models, software, and design — is the property of Mangal Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (such as builder websites, RERA portals, or banking partners). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of such third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mangal, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, investment losses, or loss of data — arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any content or analysis. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to Mangal for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mangal from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law (including FEMA), or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for breach of these Terms or applicable law. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through our grievance redressal process. Failing resolution within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Gurgaon, Haryana, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
