1. Who We Are
Mangal Technologies Pvt. Ltd.(“Mangal”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with CIN U70109DL2024PTC123456 and registered office at Golf Course Road, DLF Phase 5, Gurgaon, Haryana 122002, India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), Mangal is the Data Fiduciary in respect of the personal data you provide to us.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal data:
- Identity and contact information: name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, country of residence, and residency status (NRI / OCI / resident Indian).
- Financial and investment preferences: budget range, investment goals, preferred cities and property types, and financing preferences that you voluntarily share with us.
- KYC and transaction data: where you engage our advisory or execution services, documents such as PAN, passport, OCI card, and bank details, collected only with your explicit consent and to the extent required by law (including FEMA and RBI regulations).
- Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interactions with our tools (such as the ROI calculator and chatbot), collected via cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
- Communications: records of your correspondence with us, including emails, call notes, chatbot conversations, and scheduled call requests.
3. Purpose and Lawful Basis of Processing
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, and for the following purposes:
- Providing property discovery, analysis, and advisory services, and curating opportunities matched to your stated preferences.
- Facilitating property transactions, including legal verification, documentation, and coordination with builders, lawyers, and banks.
- Complying with applicable law, including FEMA, RERA, tax laws, and anti-money-laundering requirements.
- Responding to your enquiries and providing customer support.
- Sending you service communications, and — only where you have opted in — newsletters, deal alerts, and market reports.
- Improving our website, tools, and services through aggregated and anonymised analytics.
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you without human review.
4. Consent
By providing your personal data through our forms, onboarding flow, or communications, you consent to its processing for the purposes stated above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at contact@mangalrealty.in. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, and may limit our ability to provide certain services to you.
5. Disclosure and Sharing of Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only in the following circumstances:
- With service providers and partners engaged in delivering our services (for example, empanelled lawyers for title verification, or banking partners for home-loan facilitation), under contractual obligations of confidentiality.
- With builders or developers, only when you ask us to arrange a site visit, booking, or negotiation on your behalf.
- With government authorities, regulators, or courts where disclosure is required under applicable law.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or restructuring of our business, subject to this Policy.
6. Cross-Border Data Transfers
As a platform serving Non-Resident Indians, you may access our services from outside India. Your personal data is primarily stored and processed on servers located in India. Where data is transferred outside India, we do so in accordance with the DPDP Act, 2023 and any restrictions notified by the Central Government, applying appropriate safeguards.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law (for example, records relating to completed transactions may be retained to meet obligations under tax, FEMA, and company law). When personal data is no longer required, we erase or anonymise it.
8. Security Practices
We implement reasonable security practices and procedures as contemplated under Section 43A of the IT Act, 2000 and the SPDI Rules, 2011, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls, and periodic review of our security measures. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing activities undertaken.
- Request correction, completion, or updating of your personal data.
- Request erasure of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Nominate an individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
- Have a readily available means of grievance redressal.

10. Children's Data
Our services are intended for persons aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and where required by law, communicated to you directly. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
